Wild and windy

Damn mood smiley thingy still not working :faint:
Only really wrote this to get rid of the horror one! I'm feeling a bit down, having a bit of a run of bad luck at the moment...actually the whole year so far! Still it has to change soon!
I am trying to stay optimistic though. I have passed two of my Tafe assignments and am just waiting on the 3rd and biggest one so far. I have another one due soon which will be the hardest for me as it has some harder math in it. I always got full marks in math at school until years 9 & 10...my Maths teacher, Mr. Smith was a shit and didn't like me so consequently he wouldn't explain things to me that I was having trouble with...ironically the math I need now after so long! I shall have to bug my son to show me! Luckily he is very patient and good at explaining things in more than one way!
It's a wonderful wild windy night, my second fav after thunder storms. Love to listen to the wind when I can't sleep which seems to be all the time!
Hope everyone is happy and inspired!

Awww thankyou so much, I really appreciate it.
Thankyou very much sweetie
It's been stormy here too...the trees roar. I tend not to like it because of all the branches that fall off the trees and the trouble that the birds have. I have a funny old palm tree and yesterday cleared up a couple of dozen fronds that dropped off....they're very big and heavy and spiky. Not at all nice. I'd imagine the possum who lives in the palm would have a hard time sleeping through it all.....like you...my sympathies....

I like the sound of the wind but like you I don't like all the falling branches either. We have a lot of big stringy barks on our block and they're all really old. One is very close to our bedroom and I stress about it dropping limbs on top of us :faint:
We are going to cut it back a bit as soon as we can.
Yep.....had part of my garden wrecked last summer by a big branch from the neighbour's side. Just been out there picking up branches and bark again....lots of kindling!!!

We had the very same thing only it was a whole tree! There were two giant stringy barks and one of them fell down and took out the fence! The noise was incredible! I'm just glad it fell forwards and not sideways or it would have crushed my ducks and chooks! :faint:
thanks for all your appreciations. Warmed and humbled [me]. If that is your photo to the right of your page, you are a beautiful and vibrant woman, and in relation to your work, one with the same type creative talents. Cudos! Priviledged to be a friend n' thankyou. Affirmations in prevailing with your math. If you need help, my daughter and her hub are 'math bums,' calc II etc.
I could ask. In any case, thanks again and blessings.
